By using Zend Studio (part of Zend Agent) you agree to these terms.

What Zend Studio does

Zend Studio helps you plan, preview and publish your own content to the social media accounts you connect. It publishes only posts you approved, at the time you chose.

Your content and your accounts

• You own your content. You must have the rights to everything you publish with Zend Studio.
• You are responsible for what you post and for following each platform's own rules (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube terms and community guidelines).
• You can connect and disconnect your accounts at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use Zend Studio for spam, to post content you don't have rights to, to impersonate others, or for anything illegal or against a platform's rules.

Platforms and availability

Zend Studio depends on each platform's own services and limits. A platform may delay, refuse or change a post; when that happens Zend Studio tells you. We can't guarantee that every post is published.

No warranty and liability

Zend Studio is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost content, lost revenue or any indirect damages from using it.
