Zend Studio

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

This policy explains what Zend Studio (part of Zend Agent, "we") does with information when you use it to plan and publish posts to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

The short version

What we access

When you connect an account, you sign in on the platform's own page and choose to allow Zend Studio. Depending on the platform, Zend Studio then receives:

We do not read your private messages, your followers' personal data, or anything we don't need for the above.

Where it is stored

The sign-in keys the platforms give Zend Studio are stored encrypted on your own computer, in Windows' protected credential store. Your media files are read from the folder you chose and are sent only to the platform you are posting to. Captions written with the AI helper are produced by sending the post's first image and your note to an AI model provider for that one request; nothing else from your accounts is sent.

Sharing

Your content is shared only with the platform you publish to, when you approved it. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else.

Keeping and deleting your data

Disconnecting an account in Zend Studio (Studio → Accounts → Disconnect) revokes and deletes its sign-in key immediately. Deleting a post from the calendar deletes it from Zend Studio (it does not delete a post already published; do that on the platform). See Data deletion for every option.

Children

Zend Studio is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
